The attached document is a brief overview of the ongoing development of the Krasnoyarsk, Russia Low Carbon Town.
What are CO2 emissions reduction target and date to achieve this?
Mid-term goals (by 2020): 50% reduction from business as usual case with 2015 base year. Long-term goals (by 2030): 70% reduction from business as usual case with 2015 base year.
Reduction through intervention in demand and supply, the application of area management systems, and use of innovative low-carbon technologies.

Climate Conditions:
Cold climate. Most days between March and April, and in October have freezing temperatures; May and September have mostly cold days. Between Jun and August, 60% of the days have cool temperatures and the weather is warm or comfortable for the other days.
