This Application regards centralized communal offices cluster that is, smart buildings implementation of Community Center provided with Smart Renewable Energy Micro-grids in a rural setting based on techniques such as “scenario building” or “horizon scanning” to motivate and inspire people to make decisions intended to attain Smart Jobs, businesses and Consumers through education and progress.
