The Low-Carbon Power Planning and Operation Decision-Making Platform was developed for regions, cities, industrial parks and other application scenarios over a 8-year period, which integrates four functions: carbon emission monitoring, renewable energy uncertainty simulation, low-carbon transformation planning for power systems, and detailed operation simulation. Currently, it has been deployed in the State Grid Renewable energy Cloud Platform, Energy and Power Planning Laboratory of State Grid Energy Research Institute, as well as laboratories in Jiangxi, Sichuan, and Xinjiang.
